Office Therapy or QuicDoc closes abnormally or crashes when I am running Dragon Naturally Speaking

Cause:
This is a known issue with Dragon Naturally Speaking and a number of software programs, including Office Therapy and QuicDoc. Please refer to the following article at Nuance Software, makers of Dragon Naturally Speaking.

If you have issues with QuicDoc crashing, please refer to the following article below and make sure that the microphone is turned off if not dictating.  With the Microphone turned it, it can cause QuicDoc to crash as it is picking up the noise in the background.
