QuicDoc Pro - crashes when opening a note

Problem: When opening a note from the Patient View, the note will start to open and then give a message that "QuicDoc has stopped working". You will still be on your Patient View with the list of notes, but you cannot open a note for edit, preview, or printing. This behavior may occur with all notes or only some notes.
Cause: Check to see if a program called TeamViewer is installed on your computer. TeamViewer is a software program for remote control, desktop sharing and file transfers. If it is active in your system tray or turned on, turn it off by right-clicking the icon in the tray and clicking Exit.
Now, try to open a note. It should open normally.
