QuicDoc Pro - How to set user access levels for attachments

If a user is trying to scan or attach documents however the options are not available.  The below will guide you through on how to set the user access levels for scanning and attaching.

Log into an admin account


Click on Users


Highlight the user in the list, and select ‘Set user access levels’


Select Attachments from the list


By default, it is set to none.  You will want to change the access level according to what the patient needs access.
