If a supervisor is required to sign a note, there are two
places that needs to be set to allow the supervisor to sign a note. You will want to set a supervisor for the

you how to set the documentation to have a required supervisor signature.
Log into an admin account
Go to Setup menu, click on Preferences
Under Electronic Record,
check both options
Next, go back to Setup and select Documentation Setup. Click on QuicDoc Documentation
From the dropdown, select the Note Type, then check the box next to Supervisor Must Sign
