Office Therapy - How to set the claim filing indicator

The claim filing indicator needs to be setup for each
patient.
Select the patient and click on Modify. 
Click on the Insurance
tab 
Under the Claim
Filing Indicator, select the drop down and choose which indicator for your
insurance. Once finish, click ok.
