Do I need to purchase annual maintenance?

Annual Maintenance is optional, but highly recommended because it keeps your software current and your data safe. Maintenance allows you to speak with our Technical Support Department for any questions or assistance needed, and includes all upgrades, updates & service packs released within your maintenance year. In addition, when you are current on maintenance you can take advantage of our web based remote technical support sessions.

Support is available free of charge for the first month with the new purchase of Office Therapy and/or QuicDoc
