Office Therapy 12 New ERA Dashboard

To be able to produce electronic secondary claims, you will need to use the ERA or Paper EOB Dashboard on processing your primary insurance payments (remits.)

Please note:  there has been additional improvements made to the ERA Dashboard.  Users now have the option to select their own post date.  Users may reprocess OH status remits, please review the ERA Info log before proceeding. 

Additional Information:  If you have any remits that are Unknown Source, make sure there is a Control ID #.  If there is no Control ID #, you will have to process the remit via Paper EOB Dashboard.
