Installing Topaz
Signature Pad T-S460-BSB-R **Please note: If this first time setting up the Signature Pad, please contact TheraManager DocuTrac Support for assistance. QuicDoc Pro

- Make sure the signature pad is not
connected to the computer.
- Install the driver for the pad.
Download and right click “Run as Administrator” https://www.sigpluspro.com/sigplusbsb-index.html
- Plug in signature pad.
- Install SigPlus Adjust. Go to
site, scroll down to Adjustment Tools. Download and right click “Run as
Administrator” https://www.topazsystems.com/pluginsappsindex.html
- Search for Device Manager, open
click on Ports, right click on USB Serial Port, click on Properties, Port
Settings, Advanced. Check that the COM Port Number is set to COM9.
- Go to SigPlus Adjust, select
SigLite1X5, COM Port 9, click update, window will close on its own. Then, test locally and then test on cloud user.
