Holiday Closing
DocuTrac offices will be closed on Thursday, December 24th, Christmas Eve and will remain closed through the 25th. We will reopen on Monday, December 28th, at 9:00 am ET.

Some of our customers have asked about the differences between technical support and training. In general, technical support services attempt to help solve specific problems with the software rather than provide training. Our support staff can answer questions related to the basic use of the software. This includes how to access features and answer almost any question that starts with, “Where is...”
If you need help learning how to use the software, that is training - not technical support. If a support question has to be answered time and time again, the question is no longer a support issue, but rather one of training.
Because of time constraints, our support staff cannot stay on the phone to walk customers through complete transaction such as entering patient data, charging for sessions, or filing claims. However, these types of procedures can be explained in detail during our comprehensive training sessions.
Training is not included in annual maintenance. However, we offer free ‘how to’ videos on our Support page, and pre-recorded training webinars. For upcoming webinars visit our events page.

The Latest Versions of Office Therapy and QuicDoc Professional
Are you using the latest version of Office Therapy and/or QuicDoc? Now is the perfect time to update.
We are currently on version 11.6.04 of Office Therapy. Since the release of Version 11.6, DocuTrac’s Development team has been working on fine tuning the program, making improvements and enhancing the Claims Manager.
We are currently on version 11.0.4 of QuicDoc. This version shows legacy diagnoses. All encounters dated October 1st or later show the diagnosis with ICD-10 codes.
If you are current on maintenance and wish to update Office Therapy and/or QuicDoc, you can and should download the latest updates on the Downloads page of our web site. For technical assistance with updating, call our Support Department at 888-308-9683.
