Preventing the Client Diagnosis from Appearing on Bills

The attached document shows you how to prevent the Client Diagnosis from showing on a Bill.

This must be done for each Client.

1. Open the Client Record (Double-Click on the Client)
2. Click on the "Bill Setup" tab.
3. Uncheck the "Print Diagnosis" box and Click OK.
