SQL Server Does Not Exist Error
If an error message of -2146233087 Failed to connect to server or -2147467259,[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).] SQL Server does not
exist or access denied, try the below fix. The below fix is used when a single license or multiple PCs that are connecting to the server gets the Failed to connect to server.
In the Start Menu, type Services.msc and open the application

Scroll down until you
see SQL SERVER (DTISQLSERVER)

If the status of this
service is not running, right click and select Properties
Set the Startup Type as Automatic Delayed
Click on the Start button
Wait until the Service
is started
Click Ok
Try to relaunch either
Office Therapy or QuicDoc
Another possible fix:
If Services are running
check the .net framework.
Go to the Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs
On the left side menu,
click on Turn Windows features on or off
The .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) plus .NET Framework 4.6 Advanced Services
needs to be checked.
If one is not check,
check the box and click Ok
A Windows Features will
appear stating downloading/apply changes.
Wait until this is finished. Once
finished, click Close.
Try to relaunch either
Office Therapy or QuicDoc
