Installing Topaz Signature Pad T-S460-BSB-R

1. Make sure the signature pad is not connected to the computer.
2. Install the driver for the pad. Download and right click “Run as Administrator” https://www.sigpluspro.com/sigplusbsb-index.html
3. Plug in signature pad.
4. Install SigPlus Adjust. Go to site, scroll down to Adjustment Tools. Download and right click “Run as Administrator”  https://www.topazsystems.com/pluginsappsindex.html
5. Search for Device Manager, open click on Ports, right click on USB Serial Port, click on Properties, Port Settings, Advanced. Check that the COM Port Number is set to COM9.

1. Go to SigPlus Adjust, select SigLite1X5, COM Port 9, click update, window will close on its own. Then, test locally and then test on cloud user.
