Office Therapy - How to produce a paper copy in version 12

A new feature allows the user to produce paper claims for primary insurance and secondary insurance if only the primary insurance was posted via the ERA Dashboard or the Paper EOB Dashboard.  Otherwise, the user will need to turn off the electronic filing to produce a secondary paper copy.

To produce a paper copy with electronic filing turned on:

Open Claims Manager


Click on Produce Claims


Keep the Claim Type on Electronic.  Also use the Additional Criteria section to filter (optional.)


Under the Advanced tab and check Produce a paper copy.


Click on Produce Claims


You will have the option to Upload to Clearinghouse or View/Produce Paper Copy
