DocuTrac welcomes suggestions for program enhancements and features from our customers. Suggestions provide valuable feedback and information on keeping our software relevant. Specific procedures are followed when considering customer suggestions. Each suggestion is carefully reviewed to determine whether or not it is feasible, and if it will be sent to our programmers for development.

There are two requirements to submit a suggestion for review:

• The person/agency submitting the suggestion must be using the latest version of QuicDoc and/or Office Therapy and be current on maintenance. However if you are using the Trial Version(s) to evaluate the product(s), you may submit a suggestion.

• This form must be completed in full.

Please be aware that submitting a suggestion does not guarantee inclusion. Many facets of software can be impacted by program changes.
