As a private practice therapist seeing at least 30 patients a week, documentation quickly became a never ending disaster. I signed up for the Cloud version last month and started using it that day. I have saved at least an hour a day completing documentation. My assessments, treatment plans and progress notes have been reviewed and accepted by Medicaid for authorization of continued services (Medicaid, almost always returned a document for corrections or additions using my old method of practice).
I also purchased an i-Pad 4 with voice recognition, so there is no need to type a thing!!!!!! I now can take a full lunch break and go home at night without leaving work incomplete. Just 6 weeks ago, I had planned to reduce my caseload to under 25 just to keep up with all of it, I now feel comfortable handling my heavy work load!
