The National Council for Behavioral Healthcare is a strong advocate for its member agencies and patients served by those agencies, promoting a legislative agenda to improve mental health and addictions treatment through access to quality, affordable treatment. The National Council coordinates the Mental Health First Aid program across the U.S. and provides nationwide technical assistance on integrating primary care and behavioral healthcare. The National Council operates the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Health Resources and Services Administration Center for Integrated Health Solutions.

In an effort to remain current in the shifting and converging healthcare environment, Mr. Miller and Ms. Painter hope to gain a better understanding of the new challenges that are facing their customers in the behavioral health industry. Networking with other vendors and attendees will provide insight into the role of technology in dealing with the complexities of merging medical and behavioral health care processes.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will deliver the keynote address at the Conference.
